Here are a few fun facts about the Ministry of CampsAbroad:
- CampsAbroad is the international missions arm of The Wilds Christian Association, established in 2001 to assist in the formation and operation of Christian camping ministries worldwide.
- Its mission is to provide training and resources to ministries at no charge, aiding both established camps and churches aiming to start new camping programs.
- As of 2021, Camps Abroad has provided camp training and materials to over 40 foreign ministries across more than 50 countries.
- The program is designed to help already established camps, as well as churches who want to start new camping ministries.
