What is Memorial Day?

Memorial Day is a day to honor those who died while serving our country.

We remember them for their sacrifices to keep our country safe and free. It has become a time for family gatherings, barbecues, and maybe even visiting gravesites or memorials to pay respects.

This Sunday, we will give you an opportunity to recognize family and loved ones who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our way of life.

We will also participate in an old-fashioned cookout, including your favorite dishes and hopefully some of your invited guests. (Remember, the church is providing the meats!)
