Helping out during our upcoming work day is a great way to support our church community and strengthen your faith. It’s not just about the physical tasks; it’s also an opportunity to connect with others who share your beliefs. Working together fosters friendships and builds a sense of belonging. Whether cleaning, painting, or organizing cabinets, each contribution helps create a welcoming space for everyone.
In the Bible, we’re reminded of the importance of serving others. Galatians 5:13 says, “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.” Additionally, Colossians 3:23 encourages us, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” These verses inspire us to serve joyfully and remind us that our efforts matter in the eyes of God.
