Celebrating a church anniversary is a meaningful way to reflect on the journey of faith and community through the years. It’s an opportunity to recognize how God has guided and blessed the congregation. Philippians 1:3 says, “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.” This verse encourages us to appreciate the shared memories and growth we’ve experienced together as a church family. Each year marks another chapter in our story of faith, and celebrating allows us to express gratitude for all the ways God has worked in our lives.
Church anniversaries also remind us of our mission to spread the Gospel and hope through Jesus in our community. In Hebrews 10:24-25, we are urged to “consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works,” emphasizing the importance of fellowship and encouragement among believers. Celebrating our anniversary strengthens our bonds and inspires us to continue serving others. It’s a time to rejoice in our accomplishments and renew our commitment to the work ahead, ensuring that our church remains a beacon of light and support for everyone around us.
Join us next Sunday as we celebrate!

November Memory Verses
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
